If you’re looking for someone that can assist you in becoming a better cross-cultural leader, look no further. As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I am able to help you take your leadership to a new level of effectiveness and impact. It’s really all about life change; about crossing over all kinds of barriers in order to get through to someone or accomplish something significant. You have probably heard or read John define “Leadership” as “Influence”. You can become a leader if you truly learn how to influence others. This will happen as you grow personally and professionally. And I can facilitate this for you.
For more than 20 years, I have served as a cross-cultural leader in our state. I have done this at a local, regional and state level; and have done so successfully. As a pastor of 3 congregations and as a state denominational leader, I have focused on aiding others in their personal and professional growth, while at the same time working on mine. Through the years I have seen leaders maximize their leadership impact as I have had the opportunity to lead them in workshops, special presentations, coaching and mentoring with the goal of empowering them to experience significant breakthroughs in their development. Their organizations and communities have been transformed and they themselves have changed. They have made a difference!
It definitely is rewarding to have obtained a Master’s Degree from an accredited college. Even more gratifying is to be finishing my doctorate. But there’s nothing better than to see your own family and many of the people that you have taught, coached and mentored, reach their full potential; some even accomplishing more than you have! But isn’t this what leadership development is all about? Let me help you grow and reach your potential, so that you can do the same for many others.
