Removing Obstacles to Evangelism
During a one or two day conference, participants hear biblical truth backed up with logic and evidence expressed in gentleness and respect. General speaking sessions and workshops are provided to help individuals strengthen their faith and learn how to engage others with the Gospel, for which we do not apologize. Our hope is for attendees to leave the conference strengthened, inspired, and prepared to share the exciting news about Jesus Christ!
“But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect.“ 1 Peter 3:15
TESTIMONIALS
“In an era of increasing skepticism toward Christianity, the [un]Apologetic Conferences are crucial in equipping Christians to reach out with solid and convincing reasons for their faith. Participants emerge ready, willing, and able to define and defend Christianity in winsome and effective ways.“
– Lee Strobel, Atheist-turned-Christian and New York Times bestselling author
“Without apology, the [un]Apologetic conferences are among my favorite events to participate in each year! The Texas Baptist team always put together a great lineup of speakers, and we have some serious fun teaching about the evidence that backs up our Christian faith. By the time we leave, everyone is super-excited to share what they’ve learned with the people they know! I hope you’ll join us and the hundreds of others who will attend the next big [un]Apologetic event.“
– Mark Mittelberg, Bestselling author of Confident Faith and Becoming a Contagious Christian
“Let’s face the truth head on. The average believer in Christ today is ill-equipped and afraid to enter into a faith discussion about the reliability of Scripture, and how Christ is the way, truth and life as opposed to Buddha, Allah, or any of the thousands of Wiccan gods and goddesses. We must prepare our church members and key leaders to know what they believe and why they believe. I encourage each pastor, staff member, deacon, School/Bible Study teacher, as well as all members of your church to eagerly attend and learn how to share their faith naturally and comfortably in our current society.“
